Radhika Pandit has been chosen for her performance in her debut film
Moggina Manasu directed by Shashank.
Radhika Pandit who had already received the best Actress Award for her performance in Moggina Manasu is fairly happy that she won the state award for the same film. She thanked director Shashank, producer E.Krishnappa and all her co-stars within the film for this award.
“I am extremely happy simply because it’s my parents who are actually enjoying each moment of my progress in my career”, said Radhika Pandit.

Radhika Pandit in Krishnan Love Story 07/18/2010
Krishnan Love Story is a pristine love story. The movie is based on real love story of Shashank’s friend Harsha and it deals with yearning and intensity of true love.
It's Radhika Pandit show all the way. With excellent screenplay and brilliant narration, director Shashank has chosen an emotionally-filled romantic story and has rightly chosen Radhika for the strong character of Geetha. The brilliance of Radhika unfolds in the second half where she had to take on the society, neighbours and friends for a mistake of hers. With excellent dialogue delivery, sharp expressions and body language, Radhika's performance even dulls hero Ajay.
Ajay Rao has given a reasonable performance in the film. But Radhika Pandit outshines him in acting. She has improved a lot when compared to her acting in Moggina Manasu. Her expressions and body language appear far better than Ajay. However, their performance in the second half impresses the viewers.Harsha, Pradeep, Sharan, Achyuth Kumar, Chandru and Umashri have also done a wonderful job.
V Shirdhar’s music has surely added to the beauty of the film. He has composed six good numbers for the film and songs like ‘Hrudayave Bayasidhe Ninnane…’, ‘Mosa Maadalendu Bandeya…’ and 'Thumbaa Aaraamaagidhe...' are very melodious. S Chandru’s camera work has definitely done the magic in bringing the essential feeling for the film. Meanwhile, it should not be forgotten to say that Prasanna’s dialogue and Prakash’s editing are also plus points of the film.
Although the story is concentrated on Radhika Pandit’s role, the director has given more scope to Ajay’s role and the reason behind this seems that he has studied story according to his friend Harsha’s point of view. But this does not stop him to make Krishnan Love Story interesting. It is quite fresh and engaging and would definitely impress the audience especially youths. Don't miss it.

Radhika Pandit Going Places... 10/04/2009
Radhika Pandit is surely going places in Sandalwood. She has caught the attention of several young directors who are picking her to offer some exciting roles tailor made for her. She has recently signed a new film "Krishanan Love Story" to be directed by Shashank which is being launched this month. This film is to be produced by Uday Mehta and Mohan Naik who have produced Raavana.
"I am delighted to sign another film with Shashank, my mentor who chose me after seeing my work in the Television serial Nanda Gokula. I got a very good break from Moggina Manasu which gave me my first prestigious award. I always remain indebted to Shashank and Moggina Manasu producer E.Krishnappa sir," says Radhika Pandit who won the Best Actress Filmfare award for the film. Incidentally Shashank also got the Best director Filmfare award through this film. Ajay Kumar will be playing the lead role in this film.
Ever since Radhika Pandit portrayed the role of Chanchala in the film Moggina Manasu directed by Shashank, this young girl who has combined beauty with talent has been making big news in each of her films. She has been extremely choosy since the release of her first film Moggina Manasu and has been taking up roles that have potential to showcase her talents.
With her acting skills and charms, Radhika Pandit has certainly increased her fan following in recent days what with her recent film Love Guru completing fifty days run in Bangalore and Mysore. Already director Dayal Padmanabhan has signed her for Kaddu Muchchi in which she will be working with Diganth. The film is to start after the completion of Dayal's present film Sree Hari which is now being shot in Mangalore. Another of Radhika's film Super Man has been plagued by problems after it has completed the first schedule of shoot. Prajwal is the hero of this film and now the news is that the problems have been resolved and the film may well start its shoot shortly. However Super Man may have to cross many hurles because Radhika has already given dates to Shashank's new film and she is also committed to work in Dayal Padmanabhan's new film.
Incidentally, 18th Cross, a film which was a launching pad for Radhika is also getting released shortly. Duniya producer Siddaraju who is the father of actor Yogi is backing the project and making arrangements for the film's release. The producers of this film want to cash in on Radhika's popularity and want to release the film. Deepak is the hero of this film.
